MY FAVORITE SUMMER GINGER LEMONADE

​Having friends over? Throwing a summer barbecue? Or want a refreshing drink to cool you down on muggy days? This amazing Ginger Lemonade recipe will chill you out! Not to mention, it has countless health benefits. 

Ginger Lemonade Recipie

5 cups of filtered water
4 pieces of organic ginger
2 large organic lemons
Sweetiner (Agave, Raw honey, Stevia) to taste

Bring water and ginger to a boil.  Remove from heat, add Lemon wedges, squeezing lemon into 
the water/ginger infusion.  Cover with a lid and let it sit for 30 minutes.  

This lemon ginger infusion is a wonderful spring detox and summer staple.  Ginger and lemon naturally eliminate toxins in the body.   Both promote digestion and relieve stress.  This infusion is high in antioxidants, inhibits inflammation and is alkalizing and restores PH in the body  This tea summer tea cleanse's the liver and has natural antibacterial properties as well.
