Some common properties of Astragalus otherwise known as Huang Qi is for boosting the immunity, anti-inflammatory, working with the cardio-vascular system, antibiotic properties, anti-virus, anti-aging, anti-oxidant, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. In addition to being a top herb used during the cold and flu season. Danielle's personal tip: I use this herb in it's whole form! I like to put it right into a delicious pot of chicken soup as it helps to keep me and my family healthy & strong all winter long! Angelica / Dang Gui Dang Gui is a top herb in treating women's health and fertility. It is a nourishing and invigorating herb which builds the blood. It aids in building nail strength, hair vitality and brightens complexion and overall skin radiance. In addition, Dang Gui helps to invigorate the flow of blood thereby alleviating pain.
