Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Acupuncture in Tribeca. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies: Appointments All sessions are by appointment only. Book online or by phone. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely will be charged 100% of the session fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged. New Clients Arrive 10–15 minutes early or complete intake forms online. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow access to arms, legs, and abdomen. Payment & Insurance We accept credit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash. We do not bill insurance directly, but can provide a super bill for reimbursement. Wellness & Illness If you feel unwell (fever, flu, cold, or COVID symptoms), please contact us to reschedule. Keeping our space safe and supportive for everyone is a shared priority.
